Seeing as there is already a Nascar section, a Guns section but, unfortunately no Possum Huntin' or Wrasslin' section, how's about a Music section to go some way towards making up this cultural deficit?

World Music it is, eh?

Still trying to track down their album with the cover art by Leunig.... the one with "wangaratta wahine" and "blues my naughty sweety gives to me".... yes great band... pity they never took off .... from what i have read they were on tour and had a bus crash? which ruined them financially and they disbanded.... mick conway then went on to work on the ABC doing childrens TV so im told..... when i find it i will burn you a copy.:D  also looking for the small faces "odgens nutgone flake" going to have to hit JB hi fi and dig em out.....  but captian matchbox.... chuckles... washboards kazoos and ukele's   chuckles.... so damn funny and so damn good!!!    from smoke dreams.....               That cat is high     and from the  album im looking for....... makes me want to go to wangaratta  :rofl:     The Captain Matchbox Whoopee Band - Wangaratta Wahine

Yes mate....... the Conways - what a talented family...... Tim is Debra's brother.

Bass Player 'Gull' Muhleisen........I'm good mates with his brother Noel.

Used to go watch them play back in my younger years at the pubs and clubs around Melbourne.
