Our very own RPM Randy and his son Ryan have received the Intercomp race team of the year award. :good2:

This is a great award to receive in the world of US legends cars & thunder roadsters.

It is for people that go way out of they way to help others, but we already knew that about him  :yahoo:

Congrates from myself and the 399 team. I'm sure you will continue the great work with representing legends & thunder roadsters.

Its good to see that good deeds are recognized instead of punished.

Didn't Randy have a PERFECT season last year? And now this award? Way to go Randy and Ryan! Wow. Congratulations!

Thank you for all of the praise. :hi: While I was mentioned in the article, it was my two boys, Robert & Ryan who allowed this honor to be bestowed upon us.

We have worked diligently throughtout the years to gain the respect of our peers as we do what we love. Our passion for racing allows us to help many others succeed. Not only do we race them hard on the track, we are there in the pits as well. Robert, Ryan, my father and I are the first ones to offer assistance to anyone that needs it anytime; no questions asked.

While last year for me was a great year, this year was tougher as putting two cars on the track proved difficult for the complete season. Even though the kids had to share a car for 33% of the season, Robert still came home second in the final points and Ryan was fifth. Ryan was more checkers or wreckers this season, which tested his moxy as a competitor.

My wife and I are, and continue to be, impressed by our kids as they have become first class people and racers. The goal will be to do better this year, starting next weekend as we try and go after the top three positions, which will be another first in the INEX record books.

Look for new things from RPM this year on both the race car and motorcycle side; I am excited. :yahoo:

Thanks again, Randy - RPM

This forum and it's members are very fortunate to have such a knowledgeable and helpful bloke as one of it's community. Reading some of Randy's responses to questions posted on this Forum, was a contributing factor as to why I joined up. His efforts to supply, sometimes hard to find parts and to source discount prices on bulk parts from suppliers, to supply Forum members, also make him stand-out in the crowd.
Congrats on well deserved recognition.   Regards and thanks, Pete.     :good2:

As you should be Randy!

Your efforts are greatly appreciated over this side of the Pacific, I can assure you.
All the best for the upcoming season to yourself and "the boys".
