Longer throttle cables?

I was thinking of putting some higher bars on my bike and was wondering what others have done about the throttle cables.

Ideally I would like to just replace the top half cables with ones that are longer and still have the stock look.   

Possible?

Bicycle shop can likely make you a set of whatever you want.
