why my bike only running on 2&3

hello i have my fj 1200 and it was running ok then it kept blowing it fuese so i replace the cdi now she is only running
on 2&3 i have check my spark replace my regulator replace all the fuses change plug and coils  and replaced the wireing loom and clean the carbs out  
i have no i dear so i came to ask you  for your knowlege

Of your 4 posts this makes the most sense.. But after all the parts you have replaced I would say you need help and the best bet I think is to take the bike to a service centre and have a mechanic  look at it..

Or get a manual and multi meter and start testing.. But a misfire can also be mechanical, like burnt out valves cracked rings, hole in piston.. and the list goes on..

Best I can do without more detailed info.

check the wires from the pickup coil (left side of engine )
could maybe be a bad pickup coil.... did not see that amongst the parts listed above.
