Hello from Jacksonville Florida

Hi everyone,

Another FNG here. Bought an 85 FJ1100 about a month ago and then a couple weeks later I bought another 85 FJ1100 project bike a guy wanted to sell for parts. It was too complete to part out, it really just needs lots of attention. I stumbled across this site looking for some parts and have read a few of the tech post and have found some good info, thanks to the contributors! And thanks to Marsh for hosting the site! I've owned 4 other Yamahas over the years but it has been a quite a few years since I have owned a bike. A matrimonial hiatus you could say. I've read a few posts where newbies have gotten spanked for not adhering to the rules, so let me apologize up front for my future blunders while I'm learning, the rules on sites like this are completely foreign to me. Right now I have more questions than answers but look forward to being able to share info in the future. Also, I look forward to meeting some of you, anyone else live near Jacksonville FL? I saw the post from the new guy in Orlando.
