New Icelandic member

Hi all and thanks for great and most informative Forum!

As I am new here I feel like giving you a little glimpse of my background.

I bought my first FJ (1200 ´86) early this summer in Sweden and have been driving it around Norway until lately when I drove to Denmark and took the ferry to Iceland to store it at home (and hopefully use it as well) for the winter.
WHAT A BIKE! I love the engine and the torque it produces, it´s defenately a keeper 
For the 30+ years of my motorcycling I have been more of an off-road / Enduro rider with some street bike twists but have been leaning more towards the street bikes the past years, -must be getting old by drifting away from the more physical dirt bikes 
At the moment I also have a Honda XR400 ´00 for the rocky roads at home.
I expect to do some twists and tweaks during the off-season and might gather some useful info here for that.
