Big hello to all from a new FJ owner based in the UK
She,s a 1986 standard 1200 at the moment in red and white :negative:but will soon be undergoing a few mods including a new paint scheme :good2:

the red and white is beautiful and unique , why would want to paint it another color?

although I do like franks 86 in blue. :blush:

Red and whites rule. Do not paint her, she's already looking her best. See the WCR rally vids in which I big up the 86 scheme and down play all the others.

I agree that the '86 paint scheme is beautiful as is, but then, I'm biased.

Have you seen Frank's Brutus up close and personal? That paint job is absolutely gorgeous. It looks about six inches deep, and the pinstriping is creative and unique, yet very tasteful.
