Just got back from the North East Summer Rally, after a numb bum 11 hour ride.  The rally was a blast.  Travis led an excellent ride Saturday; Mount Washington was incredible.  The rest of the group is still riding today.  Pictures to come.

What a blast! Arrived home 9:00PM last night. Thank you, thank you, thank you to Travis and Bob W. for all their hard work and supplies provided! It was great to meet you guys who were there, let the picture posting begin...

Bob and Doug, glad to hear you made it home with no problems.  Same here. a successful weekend eh?  Bob, that's a long freakin ride. My seat was getting hard at the 180 mile mark yesterday. 

I am going to follow Travis's suggestion and follow the speed limit for 1 week to repay whoever managed to keep the local, county, and state police as well as the game wardens off the roads we were using.

Looking forward to some pics, (left my camera at the campground. doh!)  Also, hoping Bob W's got some footage of Doug's ability to drag both the right and left foot pegs at 45- 50 mph on a straight stretch of road.

I don't know how other rallies are, but I haven't had that much fun on a M/C in years. The weather was great,
the route was great, and the people were even better. I'm glad to have meet you all and can't wait till the next time we ride together.

I also want to thank Travis for taking control and doing a great job, he did most of the leg work.

I'm glad we all made it home alright, and I also will follow the speed limit for a week or so.

Thanks again to Bob N, Doug C, Eric N, glenn E, Mark M, Nobby O, Travis F, it was fun.

Ok so now I finally got my email confirmation. I'm back home safe and sound. I did a total of 687 miles for the weekend which was great. Had a good time meeting new poeple and riding some new roads. It was nice seeing some guys from the Boone rallies. Thanks to everyone who organized this

Travis - Oooops!  Yes, that hosting account just got filled up.  I just purchased additional memory/storage space and it will be fixed soon!  I will let you know when it is ready again.
