Figured I would post a follow up since we resolved this issue.

The problem ended up being the factory pro emulsion tubes.  Put the stock ones back in and it runs like a top now.  Why?  I have no clue.  Is it fixed? Yes.  Oh f'n well lol.

Lesson learned I guess is don't mix factory pro components with dynojet components?
