I have an '03 FJR M/C for my front brake, and a '07 FJR M/C for my clutch.  Both bolt up fine and work great.  With the clutch M/C you'll need to either make an adapter or just cut and crimp new ends on the wires for the safety switch on the M/C.

I bought the front brake one new, and got the clutch off ebay for about $50 complete.  Had some scratches on the lever but that was fixed with some 1000 grit sandpaper.

So much nicer with the FJR M/C.  I have the APE clutch spring kit and the stock M/C was painful in stop and go traffic.

Also if you haven't already get yourself a braided stainless line for the clutch.  Will make things even more smooth.

 Well I Installed a FJR1300 clutch master (2004) cyl. - what a difference, was well worth the cost - $75.00 off e-bay.
Came across a FJR1300 front brake master cyl. and ordered it. I have blue dot front calipers and from what I have read here sounds like this will be a good match, plus I love the adjustable levers.
I think the next step will be SS lines.
