This is one of those "I can't believe I'm selling this" bikes. I've owned this FJ1200 for 34 years - bought it when I was 16 and it's been my pride and joy ever since. I just can't keep dragging it around anymore and need it to go to someone who will actually ride and appreciate it.

EXTENSIVE RECENT RESTORATION

Engine Work:
New 1218cc cylinder sleeves (1mm over stock). Wiesco pistons, new rings, connecting rods and bearings. Fresh cylinder head with valve adjustment.  Complete carburetor rebuild and sync. New air filters and crankcase breather

Electrical:
New battery and charging system components.  Fresh wiring where needed

100+ documented repairs completed - I have the full spreadsheet of everything done!

PERFORMANCE MODIFICATIONS
Thoughtfully modified with quality parts:

Engine Performance:
Weisco 1mm oversized pistons. Oversized stainless intake/exhaust valves. Heavy valve springs. Barnett coil spring clutch conversion. Back-cut transmission.

Suspension & Brakes:
RPM Fork Valves, Racetech .85KG front fork springs with 4.25" spacer. RPM rear shock. R1 front brake calipers and master cylinder. GSXR rear brake components

Other Upgrades:
RPM spin-on oil filter conversion. XJR1200 4-brush starter. 92 FJ front wheel and GSXR 750 rear wheel.
