3XW - lost key, will these RPM parts help?

So I lost the only key to my 3xw.. no locksmiths able to help, Yamaha dealer can't do anything as parts are no longer in production, and bike is too old for their keycode-register.

Bike is nicely parked with steering lock on. So what now? Off with the handlebars, off with the ignition switch, drill the gas tank cap, and the same for the saddle lock?

If so, will these parts fit my (last model year) FJ1200?

Rpm ignition switch with flat key: https://www.rpmracingca.com/proddetail.asp?prod=M%2FC%3Aflatkeyswitch do I have 3 or 4-pin ignition lock? Not able to check the bike for quite some time, as I live far away from where it's parked.

And also, will this gas tank cap fit?

And a last question, will older FJ1100 saddle-locks fit my FJ1200?

Seat hardware is the same for all years. The gas cap will fit all but 84/85 FJ tanks. I think all year FJ's are 3 pin, not sure on that.
The glass is not half full, it was engineered with a 2X safety factor.

Great, that's two out of three issues ruled out. Thank you very much :)

That's a Bummer.

And on that note, it would be good to know where to get blanks for new keys to be made.

Not sure if local locksmiths have any blanks that would suit.

Do you know key number? There seems to be someone on ebay that could help

I've had extra keys cut for all my FJ's , my old Honda cb 750's from the early seventies, and my son's old 82 V 65. The local locksmith shop had all the blanks on hand . I've also had a key made for an old car that I had lost the keys for. The  locksmith was able to insert a blank then pull it out and look at the scratches and cut the notches with a file. After inserting it and filing the notches one by one he had a working key and then made several copy's for me.

My key pulls out with the ignition on and was thinking about buying a new switch until I found out the ignition on my FJ only has two wires. Wiring and plugs all look factory.
