Want to be a contributor again but cant??

I must have some blind zones in my eye sight or in brain because i cant find that subscribe button on the buttom on pages that randy speaks about.I have contributed before so dont understand what to doo

I'm using Windoze 11 and a fresh edition of Firefox. I can't find the contribution button either.

Linux Mint 20 and Brave browser ... I also see no 'contribute' button.
