Quadlock phone mount upgrade on Casper

I have used a TechMount phone mount for a few years and it works much better than the RAM X-mount.

My 2008 VFR came with a Quadlock phone mount. I purchased the case for my Galaxy S10 and love how it works. I finally did a Quadlock install on Casper.
