Rebuilt the forks, it was a breeze.
I did remember why I don't like doing forks -
The old oil.
Blah
The steering head bearings were as dry as a Mormon Tabernacle.
They cleaned up wonderfully, fresh grease, back together, life is good.
Forks and calipers are installed, time for a break.
And next, the hot stapler comes out to play with some broken pieces.

I see you need som stapling behind the seatlock.The plastic on this bikes is really brittle i found out yesterday when had one of the scoops off and while i held it in my hands and had a look at it it the rear end just broke off  :good:
