I have these uni pods kicking around for a couple years now that I got from RPM. Well finally went to install because tank was off with pin hole issue again and much to my dissmay Franken J has his fuels T's coming straight out so pods would not fit. I will need new chunk of fuel line I guess and was thinking "It should be okay to undo the fuel lines to the Carb pairs and just twist the fuel T's straight down without issue"?? Correct or ? ITX model.

I have a different fuel line setup than stock gravity fed and pod filters. Two lines coming up from each carb meeting a T at the top middle and then going to tank, works just fine. The T's in the carb bodies are able to twist, but they are sealed by o-rings and if they are quite old could tear when you try to spin them. They are double o-ringed though so they are not prone to leaking.

Why can't you feed the T's from the top? Like oem.
Remember, this is a gravity system. Having your fuel line dip down below the fuel bowls and feed those T's that point down....I would worry about diminished fuel flow from your fuel tank with 1 gallon remaining (low head pressure)

AJ has a great point about twisting those T's and damaging the old o rings.

Proceed with caution.
