Newbie can’t find pinned!

 :dash2: I know I've read that carbs etc are in pinned but I can't find them!!

Have a fj based chopper/hard tail that bogs out at higher revs..it's on pod filters so suspect it's jetting issues

What's you guys recommend for standard engine on pod filters atm it's got 135  mains and top notch on needle.
I feel these could be a tad too large , I've also read about spacers for needles.. what sizes would those be??
