Emulsion tubes

Time to renovate the emulsion tubes in my 3CV.

Near 300.000 km in my ODO, I detect the problem when the average fuel consumption is up, and now is 1 liter per 100 km more than in my 1TX. I've noticed this change is necessary in 30.000 to 50.000 km periods to maintain the performance and fuel consuption

Instead of Mikuni or Keyster, I've thought in those from Factorypro. Any experiences?

Thanks. Best regards

Here's an old post regarding the FP plated emulsion tubes.

Thanks, Randy

So maybe Factory´s are a interesting purchase

In that post you comment that you have upgraded emulsion tubes (interesting for my next order soon), but I read that those are OE quality. ??

I used to have the upgrade multi groove factory main jet needles. They have since been discontinued.

The emulsion tubes are the current Yamaha parts available, no change to those that I'm aware of.

If you really want to wear out your needles, I might have a set of factory plated tubes I removed from someone's carbs. I removed them because I had to replace the needle, which was much more costly than the emulsion tubes and the customer didn't want to wear out another set of needles.
