Good Lord , Looks like it might be easier & cheaper to upgrade the forks to some kinda late model Yamahonzukisaki FRGZSXRRRR than it is to find a FJ front fender of any color with tabs intact  :sarcastic:   :flag_of_truce:

If you can find a fender with broken tabs you can repair the tabs with plastifix. Look up the thread "how to repair chin fairing" there are pictures of fenders being repaired. I was able to replace missing tabs on mine by making molds from a fender with good tabs. If you don't have a good fender to make a mold from I'm sure if you sent one of us a molding block we could make a mold off one of ours and send it back to you

Troy,
Have you checked EBAY.UK?    I know when you search "Worldwide" from ebay.com it frequently does not show all the stuff, I don't believe it will ever show items in UK not listed as shipping to the USA.   I found one, asked the guy if he would send it and he modified the listing to accept a purchase from the USA.   I BELIEVE I paid about $80 (shipped) to Georgia for a nearly perfect fender.   It has been a few months, but when I was searching there, there were at least three(3) others for sale at the same time.

Worth checking, but as said from the UK site.

Can these "tabs" be 3D printed?

That way a few can be made and sent to others that can then plastifix their fenders.

Where is the best spot to do the "cut and join" on a fender that has broken tabs?
I need to fix mine and I've got and have used plastifix, it's great.

I had no tabs left. I didn't make a tab and connect it. It would be difficult to make it line up perfectly and if the fenders aren't perfect the two halves won't fit together right. I just cleaned up the remaining stumps of my old tabs so the plasti fix would stick well.  I folded the molding material over the edge of the fender and also into the crease of the fender to make it easy to position the mold then I filled in the mold with plasti fix and created the entire tab. Don't try to fill the mold with the powder and add the liquid it will leave dry powder in the middle and will be weak. I filed it flat with a metal fingernail file and my dremel. I also repaired the top mounting holes of the fender the same way. The new tabs are pretty strong they have held up for a year so far. The previous thread (how to repair the chin fairing )show before during and after shots of my fenders being repaired.

Here's a one in the U.K. - looks reasonably repairable, but £50 !!!!

Funnily enough, I have my 3CV front mudguard, intact, with all tabs, sat in my garage. It might end up being worth more than my actual FJ  :sarcastic: :sarcastic:

But....I'm keeping it just in case I ever need it - not on the current FJ, but if I ever get another one (or an old wreck) to restore. At least I'll have a full front end, back wheel, all brakes and a few other bits from my current FJ.
