Just a quick one or two,
when fitting the Oil Cooler kit, is there enough oil flow from the pump? or does it need to be boosted to get more flow.

Just saw a GSXR oil pump get gearing changed to give it more rpm which in turn pumps more oil around.

Hey Alan,  :bye:.   No need to change anything when bolting on the RPM oil cooler kit, the std FJ pump is fine.  :good2:

The FJ uses a dual stage oil pump, one for lubrication and the other for the cooling circuit.

The GSXR and other bike manufactures use a single stage pump and feed everything with one. So, when you increase the cooler size, you drop pressure due to the larger size. With the loss of pressure, they have to speed up the oil pump to make up the difference.

So, as Ray already mentioned, the FJ oil cooler upgrade requires no modification to the oil pump or oil circuit.
