How do you all route your fuel pipes with pods

My fuel line just hangs there I read that if the fuel line is not routed properly can boil the fuel and cause issues i got pattern pods from China and a fuel line with a on off switch original tap gone. Any body willing to throw up a pic with how there routing there lines with pods

I'll try to remember before I bolt my tank back down to photograph and diagram the routing I use. I've had my UNI filters off for cleaning and oil.

FWIW, I have had zero fuel problems with the UNI pod setup, compared to managing the original setup, going on 6 years.

The weather has been crap so I haven't even uncovered the bike for days. I don't know why but I can't link or attach the pic I took.

Having pods doesn't really affect the hose routing any differently than an airbox. Just be sure to have the hose from the tank as the UNDER part of the "loop"; otherwise it gets crushed when the tank is lowered and there's the issue with riding 500 yards at a time before it stalls.

Steve, boiling the fuel is not normally an issue. On gravity feed (84 to 87), improper routing can pinch the line and restrict or stop fuel flow. Charlie has the proper original routing. Others have made routing changes with success. On fuel pump years (89+) the routing is less critical.
The glass is not half full, it was engineered with a 2X safety factor.

Here's a trick I use.  Use fuel injector fuel line instead of the regular stuff.  The sidewall is much stiffer and resists kinking much better.

I'm actually finding that it's the other way around in this part of the woods. Fuel injector hose is the regular stuff now. Damn those injector hose walls are thick and stiff, so one has to be discerning with the dimensions.

Hey people thanks for the replies i got the Chinese pattern pods off and manage to reinstall the airbox. But now it won't idle I think I have fuel line placement issue. I just have the two fuel lines that go into carbs lying on top and it's getting kinked. Fuel flows from tank through inline filter. I just gotta figure out how to route with airbox I believe
