 This is as far as I got so far:








I have to take some more measurments before I go any further as to get the right machine-work done on the cushdrive, and caliper bracket. I'll try and take as detailed notes as I can along the way.

Yes, I have a 16" tire that needs "disassembly" too. Waiting for a good wind from the west so the fire warden can't zero in on my driveway.

I used my air cutoff wheel, and a prybar on the front FZR1000 wheel before I took it to the powder coater's.
The tire ended up in my dumpster at work somehow.  :unknown:
