R1 front forks and exup rear swing arm. Frame is being powder coated as we speak. Though I think the swing arm is going to need a bit of setting up. Need it ready for Scotland in July!.

That should look awesome and perform very well when you are finished. I can't wait to see the finished project.

I like the colors.  Looks like a lot of work and fabrication there.

Looks really awesome..! did The R1 fork fit right on? Or did you have to modify?

Has the fj stem pressed into the r1 bottom yoke and went together nice and easy with a fz1 top yoke for flat bars. Just having a lot of fun removing lower bearing race from the headstock ready to Take the final fit of the front end. Frame is now powder coated gloss black and looks really cool man.

Hi mate, nice work, thanks for sharing.

Is there a difference in length of the forks, have you jacked up the rear and what's the clearance like under the exhaust?

Josh is still about, he's still at it.  I believe it's now sporting a R1 swingarm.  I've a picture of it, but can't upload it straight to here.

Yep, I was looking through the UK FB forum and Spotted some posts from hi   :good2:

He posted a couple of pics and a short video of it moving off from a standstill just a couple of days ago. Here's one of his photos of the finished bike.

Yeah the UK FB group is where I know him from.  Funnily enough I'm just gathering the parts for the R1 front & Fazer rear end swaps.
