Can anyone provide info to contact Jeff I think it is regarding getting decals?  I tried the stickers by Jeff gmail email and it came back Undeliverable,

I have used Discontinued decals. If you have any stock decals they appreciate the use of them to reproduce. They are working on some 89 Grey-white decals now. They should be added to their catalog in a month or so.
