I still hate carb floats...

I have been lowering and lowering them on this set of 1993 carbs. Down to 30mm.  Still have a slight leak out of carb throat.

I think it's time to consider a new needle and seat set. Previous owner claimed to have replaced them, but I am starting to get the feeling they replaced them with the wrong thing.

Last time spent with my carbs I found fuel filled the air jet once they were filled with fuel with floats set, is this the same as yours?

No, it was coming out from the throat, I'm guessing rising through the emulsion tube.

That is an excellent question.
