I left this year's most awesome WCR early on Sunday morning and have been riding every day since!  The topic of the following year's rally location is traditionally decided at the Saturday night campfire and I was part of the beginning of those discussions, but never heard how they turned out.  I have a few people asking where it will be for 2019...

Was anything decided??

Cap'n Ron. . .

There are two types of people in the world...Those who put people into categories...and those who don't.

Memo to Capn Ron: you have been riding every day since the WCR?!

It is no wonder no one is speaking with you - we're envious!

See you when you return to the Bay Area...

Ride safe,

Midget.

Hey Ron, nope, no decision was made. The last we discussed, the front runners were Hayfork or Willits.

My wife and I will be traveling out of the country in May/June next year so it looks like I will not be able to make the 2019 WCR.
The first WCR I will miss in 15 years.

Ron, I am not sure what happened, the next thing I knew Saturday night...actually Sunday morning Richard and I were the only two outside still enjoying the 2018 WCR.

I was not aware there was any conversation about the 2019 location at the WCR, so I wasn't aware of any of the locations suggested.

Pat, sorry to hear you won't be joining next year, but hey there is some beautiful places outside of the US to see; enjoy. Depending on where you are going, maybe a FJ could be in your itinerary.
