Neta exhausts

Hello I'm a new member, and having just picked up my FJ1200, it's fitted with complete neta exhaust system, which I don't mind the looks of but it's lacking in the sound department. Is it possible to drill out the baffles to improve the sound and if so does the Bike need rejetting
