Should I replace my alternator

So my bike is charging at 15 volts at 3500 rpm.ive already repaired the plug 2 years ago.what the life I should get from I after I replace the regulator.thinking of springing for a new alternator

The alternator is doing its job, fire the regulator and get a new one. The regulator can be replaced in the same position or get one that can be remotely mounted away from heat.
The glass is not half full, it was engineered with a 2X safety factor.

Have you checked your repair from two years ago?

If the replacement spades heat cycle and lose tension then the alternator will not be reading the actual battery voltage.

If the connection is good, then your regulator is not regulating. So a replacement regulator, either internal or external will repair the issue.

I sell the internal replacement regulator on the website.

Or then have been many write ups here using the external regulator.

With the money invested and the age of the alternator replacing with a complete new unitis more realistic to me.thanks fellas

Ok, if you wish, but with what you described, there is nothing wrong with your existing generator.

Don't be surprised if your new one also pumps out 15 volts

The volts before and after the wiring repair are the same as directly at the thw batter - 1 volt.ya happy!!
