Does anyone know the right name for the price that's missing in this photo?? I've tried searching all sorts of combinations, and I've got nothing. Additionally, any idea where I can buy one?

This one fell off while riding today (I thought I reseated it, oops), and it's driving me bonkers. Thanks everyone

Did you check the online Partszilla site for Yamaha parts? You should start there....

Once you get the part # and part name, I go to the RPM site to see if Randy has it...when he does, it's always less in price than the price listed on the Partszilla site.
If Randy does not have it listed on his site, I go back to the Partszilla site.

In this case, I see that RPM shows no listing, but Partszilla has it...

I think the CAP for the front fork is what's missing in your photo.

Can't say if the online dealers will have them (or can get them); Partzilla may have them.

Hey Lez, I'm thinking just a spot of superglue should do the trick. Enough that i can break the glue if needed, but not so much that i cant remove it. Thoughts?

Try RTV sealant, all around the rim of the cap.  This trick will be airtight, watertight, and the cap will come off undamaged using a tool, when you want it to.  Wipe off any excess with a paper towel, before the RTV sets.  Try it on some test pieces first; I think you will like it.  Most home improvement stores and auto parts shops will have RTV.

What I like more about silicone / RTV over instant cements for this kind of thing is that when it weakens with age, you get a long period of warning as the parts separate.
