Finally after nearly a year I have found a contact for Poly26 Carenages.  They are the French company that makes replica polyesterglass bodywork for just about everything.  They finally updated their website and contact list from 1993 or earlier...

They have a distributor in the UK called LV Custom Motorcycle Bodywork.  They also have others in Belgium. Germany, Holland, and France.  Their FJ stuff covers all years and they also have a dual headlight FZR conversion.  Oddly though - no sidecovers for any year.  If you have other projects going, they may have a kit available.  I am eyeing their Yamaha 600 XJ 1984-1991 montage CafĂ© Racer for my 85 FJ600 resto project, but that's a ways down the road.  There are other companies that make the bellypans, but I don't know if anyone else does the whole fairing, etc.

Prices are in Euros (1E = $1.2 US or $1.5 CAN/AUS) and whatever delivery charges there are.  They're certainly not cheap, but I don't think they're too expensive either. This is the email contact for LV Custom in the UK. contact@lvcustom.co.uk  The person I was talking to was Clarisse.

Of course you could attempt to contact Poly26 directly, but that's why it took a year to get to this point.  Previously they would not answer the phone.  I called and got a voice message (in French obviously) but no option to leave a voice mail.  Even my brother who can converse in French couldn't understand the message.  They would not respond to emails.  You could only mail in your order or visit their shop personally.  Their old distrubutor list was years out of date - I tried contacting several and most were out of business.  They had an on-line ordering system that didn't work.  Maybe they have some people in their now with better business savvy and will pick up the phone - if you speak French I'm assuming.  Their on-line ordering looks like it may work now - but everything is in French.  Their old site did have English/Spanish/German/Italian translation that sort of worked but they got rid of that.

I've been using Google Translate for the parts descriptions such as this for a 92 fairing

Fork head, with original headlight cutout or dual optical model with headlight mounting plate (designed for mounting two 120mm diameter optics) to be selected on the product sheet, delivered with the two scoops of air intake. Made of polyester fibers. Supplied with a gel coat to paint, reinforced with roving fixing points, marked but not pierced fixing points.

NOTE: All our accessories are made of polyester laminate. They are delivered raw gel coat paint, deburred edges, open air intakes, attachment points not drilled but spotted.
All anchors are reinforced with glass fabric (Roving). No insert is provided inside (fixing headlight, flashing, doubling, etc. ..).
For the fixation of these we recommend the glue ref. 845 and nuts to be glued ref. 978, see tab "ACCESSORIES". We can on request detail the different parts of fairings, head of fork, hoof, flanks ... (Consult us for rates).

I don't have any affiliation to this company.  I cannot vouch for quality of parts or service.  I'm just posting this as I know there are many Frankenstien Fairings and such out there that may need replacing - or to just replace the OEM plastic to preserve it from further decay.
