deleting/updating a post

could anyone here tell me how to delete or update a post?

Larry, you have 30 min to alter a post. After that it can only be altered/deleted by a moderator. If you want something altered contact one of the moderators. We tend to leave posts as they are unless the correction is minor, or has no real value and is requested to be altered.
