RPM 84-87 petcock repair kit & RPM service

In my last order I bought the RPM new 84-87 petcock repair kit

I'm not too confident when I received because there is no the OE intermediate grommet between the membranes. I mailed to RPM asking about... and less than 10 h. after (consider the time difference, I´m at the other side of the Atlantic) I had an email from Robert with the complete explanation about the procedure to fit the inner grommet and the complete repair kit, 10 min job all the process

Robert sent me complete instructions... with pics included!    and I know from another guy that the job is exhausting now at RPM. INCREDIBLE!

And 3 days after he has sent me another email asking me if everything was OK

THAT IS PROFESSIONAL SERVICE!!!!!!!!
