Hey all, I am brand new to the forum, and have a 1985 fj1100. The front fairing is pretty messed up, with cracks, scratches, and what else. It is even missing a whole chick from the flat bit right next to the gas tank, and one of the air vents on the side is broken.  I would like to replace the entire front plastic, but can't seem to find one. It is the whole peice that holds my gauges, and goes around to cover the front forks, handlebars, and everything like that. Located in Phx az.  Any ideas where I might find one? I can take pics too, after work.

Thanks,

Ryan

Complete fairings for these FJs are getting really hard to find..............

You just have to be patient and keep searching. Every so often one will come up for sale on Ebay, or one of the other sites. There are also folks parting-out FJs every once in awhile. You might get lucky and find a nice one, but most of them may require some sort of repair as the aging plastic is easily broken.

Consider having it repaired. When their web site was up it showed some really good plastic repair. https://www.facebook.com/Born-Again-Fairings-753062198085038/. But every major city will have a few good shops.
