Came across this company 6SigmaJetKit that offers jetting kits for the FJs, and a lot of other makes and their carbureted models.

What makes this company stand out, is their drop down menus, so you can select your jetting kit, based on the aftermarket mods (intake and exhaust) you have FJ, and your altitude.

I can't vouch for any of their kits. I never bought one, just thought that I'd pass along the information to others.

Please, please, please... stay away from Sigma carb kits. They require modification to the carb slides and fixed air bleed jets. Both of these two modifications can basically ruin a good set of carbs...

Here is there description:

Drill Bits for:
Slide Hole Modification (for CV carbs)
Slide Spring Modification (for CV carbs)
Idle Mixture Modification

DON'T buy from 6 sigma for jets
Anyone Have Any Experience With The 6 Sigma Carburetor Performance Kit?
Well Randy has my carbs and having some new issues

We just had a set of carb sent in by a guy for rebuilding last month. He bought a used set of carbs due to the damage from the Sigma kits.

Please do not use the Sigma carb kits.

I have used the 6Sigma kit on my Yamaha TT600 that has been modified for vintage motocross.  Gotta say, the kit was well put together and the jetting is now spot on and it runs great!  But....yes, it did require modification that I can't go back on, but then again I have no intent to with it running this well!  Also, it was tough trying to find a jet kit for the twin-carb TT, but 6Sigma had one so I tried it.  No regrets.

My 2 cents.  Have no idea what's available for the big FJs, that's why I'm on here.

Gotta run and figure out what I should buy for a set of Risers.....

Too bad that they don't make these Mini Nitrous Oxide Injection Kit for an 1100, or 1200cc engine!

Much better to do it "right"!  Looks like they do not add any additional fuel with the nitrous.  That can only mean they rely on an overly rich main jet to supply the extra fuel -- VERY limiting on total power you can add AND a VERY Dangerous game you are playing with your AFR.  On a hot summer day you may get along just fine with the "modest" boost in power, but try that on a cool spring or fall morning and you may end up with light-weight pistons (due to the hole from detonation) when the jetting leans out due to the denser air.

A small nitrous system would be easy to setup on an FJ and could be very fun - and safe.
