Has anybody got some experience with giuliari seats? I've seen a nice looking one for sale but can't find any reviews of them really.. How does it compare, comfort-wise to a corbin?

PaulG

I tried googling anything on them and they've been out of business (at least for m/c seats) for years.  But from what I've read about them on old posts from a Honda sohc forum (2006) they are very durable and comfortable.  If it's actually for an FJ (I couldn't find any on the web) it might be worth a try if it's at a decent price.  If you can confirm it is actually for an FJ.

If its the one for an 1100 on eBay, it looks to be a fibreglass pan with no latch hardware but in very nice condition...... says there is a slight tare but I can't see it in the pictures.

Doesn't look like it would be any better than the stock seat. Comfort wise. But never know until you ride it a couple hundred miles. Everybody's butt is different. But It looks good.

Thanks for the replies, I'd agree that it doesn't look to be much more comfortable than the stock seat which really starts to get uncomfortable for me after 2 hours.. Think I'll hold out for a good used corbin or a Russell day long if I'm really lucky. Might get a gel cushion to improve things until then.

Before you buy a gel pad, consider an Airhawk Cushion. All day touring capability and eliminates most hot spots on the arse. Can be bought through most shops or distributors.  An adjustable air bladder with an egg carton like shape.

Today I cleaned mine and made some pics.
Can not compare with OEM one, but very comfortable for me and as it is leatherette covered, after 30 years it is well made for sure  :good2:
