Ryde NSW Mini Shed Day - late notice

I know this is late notice but I can squeeze in a mini shed day next weekend (11th, 12th Feb) as the missus is going away with her mates.
Friday arrivals ok. Sorry for the late notice but I only just been told !!

Being Realistic about this, it was a bad move trying to rush it through at such short notice.

I'm therefore thinking of postponing to a later date.

   Jools, I am keen to attend but having just returned from a week away at Phillip Island and the Rally approaching quickly, I think a later date would be preferable.
Late autumn or early winter  is a good time for me, as work commitments usually slow down at that time of year. It's your call mate, I'll do my best to get there whenever you decide to have it.

PS. thank you very much for taking the time to talk to Alf and myself at the Classic. I know you were fairly busy getting your bike sorted as well as other important things. It was great getting an insight into the workings of an international racing pit.

It was great to see you and Alf, sorry I didn't have more time. It does get a bit hectic in there sometimes - especially when Glen Richards bike got pushed back with no gear..............well it was a Suzuki 

After they pulled out all the slipper clutch, some bright spark noticed the drive sprocket was nearly off the shaft................
All hands to the pump to put it all back together in time for the final race only for him to pull out with a leaking clutch clover gasket disturbed in the fracas
That is why the winning margin was so tight - 11 points !!

I got my bike packed into 10 boxes for hiding in the container as it was going back to Blighty for a bit of fun over there later this year.

I'm glad I cancelled as it would have been to hot in my shed this weekend................

So, The next opportunity will be the weekend of 27/28 May

No worries Alan, we'll slot you in between Pete and Alf, keeping up with them will have your van will doing things you never thought it capable of! Or, we could pretend it's a Harley ride and you can be the "sweep", picking up parts that have vibrated off and collecting broken down bikes, or, you can take the beer and the girls, or, you could go pillion with Pete and put that recent surgery to the test. Whatever, everyone would just be glad to see you there.

Doctors are a conservative bunch (aka protecting their own arse) Tell him you intend to ride and ask him what precautions you should take.
