Congratulations, what a milestone! The FJ has one of the best smiles per mile ratios out there. 100k, that's a lot of fun.
(you could celebrate by cleaning it )

<- I have a similar photo, but mine is in miles. And miles per hour.

I got this idea from Ricky, a guy I worked with 20 years ago, who took a photo like this of his BMW R75/5 when he was in Arizona for work.

Mine spent a lot of its time in Atlanta traffic, so its bores have probably been oval for a decade. It is now 13,000 miles past this point and WAY overdue for a rebuild. I took the all-zeroes photo on the way home from the 2012 Spring FJ rally, headed to Andrew's high school graduation. 13,000 miles is a shamefully low amount of riding in the last 4 years.

As of this morning mines at 210,586.2 km.  I completely missed the second time it rolled over.  I have the first time on video  (popcorn)  :shok:  on the way to Tiger's for a clinic a few years ago.

That reminds me of when I was just kicking around the idea of getting a motorcycle and one of the sales staff of a Yamaha/Honda dealership turned out to be a closet fan of Harleys. When the manager was not in hearing range, he cautioned me about buying a Japanese bike because once they wear out, they're junk you throw out. "But with a Harley, after 30,000 miles, you can completely rebuild the engine and keep going."
I was driving a Dodge van with over 180,000 km on it, so yeah buddy, thanks for that encouraging advice.

My 1984 is in the low 90,000 kms. Just get me to Cape Breton next month baby, and no complaints from me.
If someone wants to see any images I refer to in posts, first check my gallery here. If no bueno, send me a PM. More than glad to share.
