Hello, I have been looking for a list of modifications that was here before and cannot find it.  Does anyone know where it is? If so, send me a direction for it.  The list showed most all mods that were possible. I am interested  in hearing from anyone who put a one-sided swing-arm on their FJ.  Front and rear tire swaps, brake stuff, suspension, electrical, etc.  Thanks for your help

Greg, I moved this topic out of the General Discussion section over to the Modifications section.

Are you sure you're not thinking about Barry Edward's site? http://www.fjmods.co.uk/

Hi Pat
Thanks, it's appreciated. Looks more professional now than the one I remember.

Looked through it and it doesn't have all the information as the one I remember. There was more information on wheel swaps like a more complete list of donor bikes/wheels. If anyone can help, don't be shy. Thanks.

Here is another page that has a lot of information on modifications.

For the single sided swing arm mod. I don't know of anyone in the US or Australia that has done one. I know that there are a few that have been done in Europe, one for sure in the UK and one in Dubai. I personally contacted Doc of the FJowners club in the UK to get info on the Single Sided swing arm mod. He was not very forth coming with the information to proceed with the mod.

In this photo, I see dog bones. With that info, the possibility of retaining the OEM shock or a RPM shock looks promising.

I recall several years ago a comment from a UK fella who did this conversion, he mentioned that it handled like crap so he went back to the conventional swing arm.

I suggest if the OP is interested in the single side swing arm conversion that he visit : http://www.fjclub.co.uk/ so as to get accurate feedback.

I know of no FJ with the single sided swing arm conversion here in the US or by members of this forum.

Off-topic a little, but I am kind of liking this gold and black color scheme. And I'm a red and white paint scheme proponent!

Cool pictures.  One thing I have learned riding FJs and VMaxxes, every modification is possible if you have the time, energy and money to put in ( I would not say invest, haha).  Love the photos.  What gave me the idea was a Honda VFR 750, it looked pretty sweet with the one-sided swingarm and thought an FJ would be even more cool. If anyone finds any more information, let me know.
