Well, I have been cruising along in life and just realized it has been quite a while since I checked in with everyone. I hope everyone is doing well

I went back to the doc a couple weeks ago for a 13 week checkup on my shoulder. My range of motion was close to 90% in some directions, and only 60%-70% in others. It is still very stiff, but the doc says that is a sign of solid healing. I am doing stretches regularly to gain range.

He gave me permission to lift 40 pounds up to my chest, change light bulbs overhead, and run a cordless drill, so I am able to do much of my job now. I am still on light duty but am getting back in the swing of things and being productive again.

On a personal note, I have good news and bad news. The good news, Trina and I got engaged a couple of weeks ago! The bad news, just week later a head MRI showed that she has a new brain tumor growing She started chemo this week and is tired and sick, but her spirits are high. If you are inclined to do such a thing, please pray for her <3

Sorry to read about Trina. Congrats on the engagement. Good to read that you are healing well. Hope everything else is going well. Wishing you a great holiday season and a better year in 2016.
