Woooaaah... my fj 12 3xw has started handling scary .. I know the rear tyre has flattend off a bit but its turned real scary going into corners the front end feels real floaty and as if it wants to wash out  :shok: ..

The FJ is prone to letting you know pretty well (by handling poorly) when there are suspension/tire/bearing issues.

There are a number of things that I would look at.

Tires..... You mentioned the rear is squared off. How worn is the front tire and are your tire pressures at the recommended PSI?

Steering head bearings.... Make sure the steering head nut is tightened properly.

Less common would be.

Bad wheel bearing, front and rear.

Fork legs not set at equal lengths

Bad steering head bearings

Bent forks

Bent front wheel.

I'm not the fastest FJ rider, I am 'half-fast', the fastest slow guy....

+ 1   First inflate the front tire to to max posted on the tire.  Then try a short ride.

Life isn't about having the best, but about making the best of what you have...

Sudden changes for me have been air pressure (front and rear)... The other stuff is not sudden, but more gradual over time.
The glass is not half full, it was engineered with a 2X safety factor.
