Hi everyone,

I'm living in Providence, RI at the moment,  just bought an '84 FJ 1100 with the red/white/blue stripe bodywork a few weeks back, and have been getting her running again so I wanted to introduce myself!  First off, a big thank you to you guys-the various threads have been really helpful in working on the bike so far...this has included a carb tear down and clean, replacing a bad safety relay, and replacing the master clutch and cleaned and re-sealed the slave clutch cylinder thus far with spares that came with the bike.   Finally got the engine running again-she prob needs a synch, but man does it sound sweet so far.  I'm coming from Maryland originally, and have a Kawi ZR-7s at my parents' back there; it's been a great bike to start on, but I'm looking forward to finding out what the FJ can do...

Thanks in advance, and safe riding!
Cheers,

Pete
