No spark - ignitor unit question

I had my 1990 FJ1200 running well yesterday, and then I did a little wiring cleanup and now it pops once and has no spark.  My harness has been chopped up and reassembled lots of ways, so it's DEFINITELY something I did, but I need help figuring out what.   I've been poking at it for for hours now...

When I crank the motor with a plug out I get one single weak spark on the #4 cyl and then nothing.  I'm also getting 12v on the grey (coil/tach) wire, and that doesn't seem right....

Any ideas?

Disregard - found the problem - incorrect wiring at the start switch.
