            matress, lounge, camp bed what ever - dont care - there to catch up with some orsum FJ crew and get away for a bit. Happy to book in down the road as I am a late starter...just let me know what suits.

Agree with the general...we should organise a convoy so happy to join who ever from QLD that are travelling down.

Apologies to Ray - as I have been meaning to respond.. Yes at this stage I will head to Mapleton for the ride..might even stay the night. Also my neigbour has expressed interest in attending on his Yamaha (R3) due to the great reputation the group has. Hope he does - as I know we will convert him to an FJ following the trip.

Off topic a fraction but I rang up Lilly ponds at Mapleton and grabbed the last cheapie Verticle double there thinking I must`ve forgot to book, given they couldn`t find my name. However Heckle (Graham Lawrence), from Gympie reminded me tonite that I`m in with him....so there`s a spare cheapie available when I cancel it tommora. Incidently I am now out ranked in QLD......we now have a Lord in our midst and yes he`ll be at the Mapleton Muster......I`ll explain by a new thread on Local Classic Motorcycle racing here near Brissie at Lakeside Circuit, and how we can now competitively race our FJ`s at the track for less than $30 an hour!

All clear for all who wish to stay mate.
The main spare goes to Doug as his wifey is accompanying him (plus he's bringing Horses' 1200, and my new tank  ). All other beds are open for 'first in best dressed'.
We can also hopefully do a fix-list for Horses' 1200 & I'll endeavour to get it up to scratch for March. That'll mean I'll have a spare bike for any interstate or O/S visitor who wants a bike for the rally (my Bro gets first dibs if he can get time off work  ).

Hi Troy ..You have done a mighty job getting this event up and running. "Great stuff"
I am about 100% sure that I  will come along on both days if that's ok.
I live at Sussex Inlet  only 30 min down the road
so I will Ride in each day.  (Thats unless I get Poisoned on the 1st day)
I am really looking forward to meeting  a few FJ Owners and then being able to but faces to some of  the FJOwners that are on the net.
I will have to get your address and mob number.
If it suits I might drop around and say hello one of these days soon.

For anyone coming from the Canberra side of the ranges, a fun ride is via Tarago-Nerriga-Nowra. You can get there via Goulburn if coming up the Hume, all sealed except for some road works at Oallan ford. Some good sweepers and a fairly quiet road. I've never seen Mr. Plod along the Tarago-Nerriga section, just sayin'.

The local chemical mob should have all the bits we need for sub-orbital tank insertion in the next week or so. I'm off to Dick Smith's later today for some accurate power supply as an option to batteries.

SWMBO now has a work thingy in Sydney so we are cleared to fire appropriate man speak.

I'll be confirming Dyno availability this week.

The bush here is dry as a nuns' nasty, but we are good to burn unless there is a total fire ban. I'll be getting a permit in any case.

Some surprise shit landed in the shed whilst I was away on the weekend, but I will remove it this week.
Oh, btw, almost forgot. The local chemical company came through! We now have a variety of acids, and suphates to test plating/galvanising, and electrolysis with. Prize to highest ballistic tank!

We are good to go. Start for dyno runs is tentatively set for 9am, but we can shuffle that to 8am for anyone needing it.
