Hmm, I wouldn't say "ugly", but certainly unusual. It would suck if the owner had painted over a really nice original paint job, but the original may have been in need of paint, so.....

Seeing as the FJ is a somewhat niche bike, and buyers are somewhat few relative to the marketplace, I wonder why they would invest so much into a paint job that would scare off potential buyers?  I guess other than the guy had the whole winter to play around with it cuz business was slow. The quality appears good from the pics, but how much would a Robocop riding suit cost to match it?

Now if they decided to go all Giger on it, I just might buy it!
