Looks like it could be a late model Triumph T100 Black Bonneville.  With a little leg work, it wouldn't be too hard to narrow down the suspect.  Causing that is one thing, fleeing the scene is unforgiveable.

Mind you if that was film from a dash cam, the suspect would have become a hood ornament.

Seems less a case of 'fleeing' as 'brain overload'.  He probably had no room for thought in his head as to what happened to the other rider.  That in itself would be reason to stop ASAP, but obviously judgement / training is lacking in multiple aspects.

All I can think about when I see this is the number of times I have seen friends (many from FJ rallies) and even in a few cases myself blowing a turn and scaring the spit out of oncoming traffic. Thankfully I have not seen this result in an accident YET. I have had more bikes and cars in my lane than I can count.

I can say that I have never seem my friends, nor myself stop to check if we caused a crash much less check on the rider. In most of these cases it happens so fast that you never know what happened. The guy on the triumph may not have even known there was a crash until the manhunt appeared on facebook.

Sucks that suzi crashed and glad it was not worse, but both riders unable to control their vehicles while goofing off in a known motorcycle playground. All the internet pussies with their feigned outrage about every little thing bother me far more than an unintended accident.

So true , We have all had a near miss and maybe check a mirror but just keep on going unless there was an actual impact.

I am always concerned about this and stopped vehicles in blind corners. This happening in my backyard is not comforting. A few years ago traffic was stopped both ways when two bikes collided in a corner, one solo, the other 2 up. Sunday is the heavier bike traffic day so I get my rides in on Saurday.
