Is my handlebar bent from an accident?

Hello all
I removed the right handlebar to install some cables and noticed the bar is bent in two planes..Slightly down and slightly back about 11/4 inches from where the tube attaches to the casting... the bar weight is in perfect condition.... Don't want to remove the other bar to check if that one is the same.

Might just be from a tip over. If only slightly bent it could be bent back to near as straight with no issues.

You will have to compare to the other one to be sure . Remove and put both on a tube and see if they match angles . 

Or leave it alone if you don't mind a little difference and it dosen't bother your shoulder or hand when you ride.

I have mine angled different because of an accident that resulted in one arm longer than the other and had to stagger the handle bar to fit.
