Hello. Can anyone tell me what is a normal temp reading for my bike. I bought one of those infrared thermometers and pointed it at the exhaust clamps bolted to the cylinder and it read as follows:

Cyl1:229°f
Cyl2:300°f
Cyl3:257°f
Cyl4:240°f
This is with the bike static (not running) right after a short ride
Is this normal?

Seems kind of cold, how long was it running and then sitting before you took the temp? Combustion temp is over 1K more like 1.4K, I would expect the collar to be hotter.
The glass is not half full, it was engineered with a 2X safety factor.

Not very long. I just noticed the difference in temp between the cylinders. Could that be an indication of carbs needing synch

Yes and no... Sync your carbs first then check the other stuff...
