R6 brake lines

  Hello gentlemen, ...new guy here....i have had 5 fj's over the years and restored all but one...just love-em!     I stumbled across this site just recently..nice to be aboard!...anyway...will be doing the R6 ft. brake caliper/res./lever mod and it comes with a junction block, making it a 3 line setup. as i shop for ss lines though, most list just 2 long (i hope) lines.  is doing away with the junction an issue?
