Kinda nice when you're on the good side of the CEO, Board of Directors, etc. of the company you work for and have to make a day trip out of town to install networking gear and such at someone's house...

Kookaloo!!

Private jet is the best way to travel.

The closest I am likely to ride in a small comfortable jet like that is taking my FJ for a ride. It looks quite comfortable, how was the flight?
The glass is not half full, it was engineered with a 2X safety factor.

We sent one of our guys (a sysadmin) and a network consultant to Cabo San Lucas last week, to install new state of-the-art equipment at the Owner's house (well, one of them). For 4 days. He also had to take along a custom Kohler toilet seat and 200 insulin pens.

I didn't get to go.

Damn fast plane.. They hit the throttles for take off and you're hauling ass in no time flat.  Super smooth plane, traveling at 500+mph, doesn't take long to get to your destination.

Sorry.. No hottie helping on the flight...    :negative:

After seeing pics of my theater, I've now been tasked with fixing/upgrading all the A/V equipment in the house.  Been told don't be surprised if I get sent to Europe to do similar work in other houses and castles..

Nice Hawker 800. Never been on a trip to warm weather in the middle of winter in a private jet...and probably never will.

Ride fast, live free... I forget the rest...

That's cool, you're a lucky guy.

Yesterday I was told that I needed to start punching a time clock, like all other salaried managers -

End of this month is a year with this company, I knew others punched a clock that were salaried, not sure how I got away with not doing it before -

Maybe I need to stop working so smart and even hard and worry more about punching a clock....

When it's good, it's great - but when the signs start popping up that there might be a dead end coming up, sometimes you have to decide when to turn......

Or stop -

Or just roll on the throttle, hold on a see what happens!

Very cool Garth, you know they cost 3 x FJ's an hour to run.

If we had a science officer in our squadron of FJ's, it would be Garth, hands down.
