First FJ Rally?

Not sure when the first documented "official" FJ Rally occurred but here's a photo from the mid 90's when my wife and I, another couple and three solo riders all took our FJs from SW Ontario up to Huntsville, ON and Algonquin Park. While we were there we met up with another couple on their pearl-white FJ (front-right of the photo) and made sure to get a picture of all of us and the six FJs. Later that day my FJ died somewhere in Algonquin Park and after a couple hours of troubleshooting it turned out to be nothing more than the vacuum hose from the tank to the carbs that had popped off. An easy fix (whew!) and the girls didn't mind so much because it was raining and they were waiting at the nearest service station where it was warm and dry.

Hey Zwartie, that`s a great Pic. Is that you and yours at the far end or in the middle. I`m copying it for my wall if that`s okay. It would be interesting to see if it`s the oldest photographed, collective meeting of FJ`s on the planet.
